Archis is looking for a

Marketing & Communications coordinator

or 2 /3 days a week

Archis is an international platform and cultural think tank specialized in publishing, researching, editing and organizing experimental modes of dialogue and action. Currently Archis is mainly concerned with the editing and publishing of the magazine Volume. In the near future Archis is expanding its palette of activities to organizing events, engaging in collaborations and managing projects (which usually run from 3 months to one year).

Archis is a not for profit organization working in the field of architecture, culture and politics. Archis consists of a small staff of 6 people with a vast global network of partners, clients and collaborators.

You

Will be formulating strategies for putting our 'product' into the market and are capable of implementing those strategies

Will acquire advertising, sponsorships and funds for our publishing activities.

Will develop sales tools and promotional instruments and implement them.

Can initiate new concepts and ideas for the marketing of our new modes of operations.

Will communicate with our distribution partners.

Will be part of the Archis team.

Your Capacities

Able to speak English fluently.

Able to translate abstract, conceptual and intellectual ideas into commercial terms and viable marketing strategies.

Able to work independently.

An enormous challenge of marketing something which seems unmarketable.

A salary will be determined in dialogue with Archis, and is to a large extent directly related to your own success.
